Health Checks

Please note all patients between 16 and 75 years, who have not been seen within 3 years may be invited to participate in a consultation with a healthcare professional. All patients over 75 years of age, who have not been seen within 12 months, may be invited to participate in a consultation with a healthcare professional, at the surgery or at the patient’s home.
